  • Why Should I Use a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) ?
  • A Certified Practising Valuer is required to be academically qualified to value real estate and has undergone extensive training in sourcing and evaluating market and legal information that have a bearing on property values.

    In addition, a CPV is required each year to participate in continuing professional development aimed at keeping their knowledge up to date with the multitude of regulatory changes and commercial practices which impact property values.

    Most importantly the professional opinion of the Certified Practising Valuer is not contingent upon the outcome of the valuation exercise.
